Ashley Griffin

Ashley Griffin is a Senior Scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics since January 2022, where responsibilities have expanded to line management within a growing team, alongside expertise in wet lab techniques including display technologies and NGS. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Research Scientist, utilizing the Bicycle Phage Display Platform for oncology-related peptide identification and leading early-stage projects. A brief stint as a Commercial Intern at 4D Pharma PLC involved research on live biotherapeutics, complemented by experience in corporate development and market analysis. Earlier, Ashley worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Public Health England, gaining hands-on experience in sample processing and laboratory equipment maintenance, alongside training in Biomedical science. Academically, Ashley holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Reading.
