Luca Mascheroni

Luca Mascheroni is a highly skilled imaging scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics since June 2022, contributing to the molecular pharmacology team. Previously, Luca completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge (2018-2022) through a collaboration with AstraZeneca, focusing on the interaction of influenza attenuated vaccines with human lung cells. Luca's educational background includes a Master of Research in Sensor Technologies from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Additional experiences include Master's thesis work at the University of Groningen and Università degli Studi di Milano, as well as internships at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Leibniz Universität Hannover, showcasing a strong foundation in nanotechnology and biomedical applications.
