Marta Ferreira Amaral

Marta Ferreira Amaral is a Research Scientist at Bicycle Therapeutics since October 2019, specializing in molecular biology. Prior to this role, Marta served as a Department Representative for the Human & Health Sciences department and as a Course Representative for the Great Start Project at the University of Westminster from August 2013 to June 2014, focusing on improving the student experience and mentoring first-year students. Marta holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from Aston University, obtained between 2014 and 2019, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Westminster, completed in 2014.
