Mat Norvall

Mat Norvall has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Mat is currently the Senior HR Director, Talent & Reward at Bicycle Therapeutics, where they are responsible for building talent acquisition, talent management, and reward strategies. Previously, they worked at Syngenta as the Global Talent Lead, overseeing end-to-end talent management for the Crop Protection business. Mat also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition (EMEA) at Syngenta. Prior to that, Mat worked at SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd as the Global Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Leader, managing a team responsible for talent acquisition, global payroll & benefits, HR administration, HRIS, and HR analytics. Mat also held roles as the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead, Europe at the same company. Mat's earlier experience includes working as a Resourcing Business Partner at TalkTalk and as a Resourcing Consultant at Barclays Bank. Mat also served as a Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager at RZ Group, where they managed the relationship with the Lloyds Banking Group account and delivered contract resources for the Group Change Management and the Lloyds TSB & HBOS integration programme.
