Veronica Jordan

Veronica Jordan is currently the Director at Bicycle Therapeutics. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 1992 to September 1995. There, they rotated through securities, banking, and mergers and acquisitions. Veronica also was responsible for prospectuses, credit agreements, incorporation documents, resolutions and opinion letters. In August 1991, they became a Law Clerk at Hon. Stanley S. Brotman's office in the US District Court in the US Virgin Islands where they researched and wrote decisions for civil and criminal motions, prepared bench memoranda for appellate sessions, findings of fact and legal conclusions for bench trials and jury instructions.

Veronica Jordan has a BA from Amherst College in English and Political Science and a JD from the New York University School of Law. Veronica is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals ANZ (iappANZ) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
