David Gourde

David Gourde has extensive work experience in the engineering and sales fields. David currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at BID Group, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Engineering at BID Group from October 2019 to January 2021. David also worked as the Vice President Sales Canada at BID Group from September 2018 to October 2019, and as the Vice-President Northeast from January 2017 to October 2019.

Before joining BID Group, David Gourde worked at Comact, where they held various positions from 2003 to 2017. These roles included Vice-President Capital Sales - Northeast from January 2016 to January 2017, Technical Sales Support Manager from June 2012 to December 2015, and Product Manager/Lumber Handling Equipment from October 2003 to June 2012. Additionally, they worked as the Product Manager/ Lumber Handling Equipment at Comact Equipment from 2003 to 2011.

David Gourde attended Polyvalente La Samarre from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a High School degree. Following this, they enrolled at Cégep de Victoriaville for the academic year 1994-1995, although the specific degree they pursued is unknown. However, the field of study during this time was Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping.
