About the role

The Sales and Event Manager will partner with the studio team and other stakeholders to ensure successful events surrounding the studios IP. You will work with both internal and external partners and provide event support where needed. This role requires a focus on the strategic execution of events and on sales and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Events sales and planning:

  • Sales of live events (Meet & Greet, Live stage shows, other event activities like workshops, arts & crafts classes, etc) to shopping malls across the UAE and KSA based on the Mansour animated series IP
  • Finding and managing suitable vendors.
  • Coordinating with internal Bidaya teams, including commercial, production, and creative departments, to ensure seamless event execution.

Planning, executing, and managing all the non-commercial B2C and B2B events of the Bidaya, including:

  • B2C marketing (non-commercial) events in various locations in UAE.
  • Bidaya participation at B2B industry events (locally and internationally) as an
  • exhibitor by coordinating booth setup, logistics, and staffing .

Marketing and promotion of events:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance event attendance and engagement using social media and other channels.

Budget management:

  • Oversee event budgets, ensure all expenses stay within limits, and provide financial reports to senior management.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience with managing medium to large scale events
  • Experience with managing external vendors
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bi language (Arabic and English)
