Rebecca Lee Doran

Rebecca Lee Doran has a diverse work experience across various industries. Rebecca began their career in the Hospitality, Nightlife, & Events Industries in 2013, where they served as a People & Operations Manager until 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Recruiter at Alldus. Following this, they joined °Nomad Health in 2022, first as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later as a Program Specialist - Talent Brand & People Experience. In 2023, they became a Program Manager - People, Culture, & Talent at Bidease and also took on the position of Member of the Board of Directors at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Rebecca Lee Doran is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MSHRM) at Stony Brook University, with an expected completion date in 2025. Rebecca previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Bay Path University.

During their undergraduate studies, Rebecca attended The New School and focused on economics and merchandising during their sophomore year. Prior to that, they attended Hudson County Community College, where they pursued accounting during their freshman year.

In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained several certifications. These include Mental Health First Aide (MHFA) from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Social Media Marketing from HubSpot, and a diverse range of recruiting certifications from AIRS powered by ADP, such as Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR), Certified Military Veteran Recruiter (CMVR), Certified Social and New Media Recruiter (CSMR), Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR), Elite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE), and Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC). Furthermore, they earned the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI in July 2020.
