Matteo Candaten

Matteo Candaten has extensive work experience in the field of software development and consulting. Matteo started their career in 1999 as a Software Tools Engineer at Nokia, where they gained experience in developing software tools. In 2000, Matteo joined Nortel and took on various roles including Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Software Architect. During their time at Nortel, they worked on projects such as developing a prototype of the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) and designing a core component of the User Mobility Server (UMS). In 2007, Matteo transitioned to IBM along with the rest of the HLR/HSS R&D team, maintaining their role as Application Architect. At IBM, they worked as a Product Architect for the Nortel HSS, collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into requirements for the HSS. In 2009, Matteo joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where they worked with clients to provide solutions and consultancy services. In 2010, they joined TradingScreen as a Senior Java Developer and worked there until 2016. Currently, Matteo is working as a Senior Software Developer at BidFX, where they contribute their expertise in software development.

Matteo Candaten completed their education in Computer Science with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Politecnico di Milano. Matteo attended the institution from 1991 to 1998.
