Matt Proman

Matt Proman is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder and CEO of Redy since April 2020, Matt launched BidMyListing, a pioneering online residential real estate marketplace that simplifies the home selling process. In addition, Matt has served as the Founder of Quest Asset Management since January 2019 and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Professional Diversity Network from September 2014 to July 2016, where the organization focused on enhancing diversity in the workforce. Prior to this, Matt founded and led the National Association of Professional Women from January 2008 to July 2015, developing it into the largest business network for professional women in the United States. Matt also co-founded Cambridge Publishing, which specialized in B2B and B2C networking for executives and professionals from 2001 to 2006.
