Shelly Cofini

Shelly Cofini has over three decades of senior level management and business development expertise. Shelly currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at BidMyListing, where they are transforming the real estate industry with a matchmaking marketplace that allows homeowners to get paid for their listing opportunity. Previously, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer of BidMyListing, responsible for championing go-to-market strategies.

Before joining BidMyListing, Shelly held various roles at different companies. Shelly was the Director at VersPay, a company that offers crypto payment solutions with lower transaction fees and direct access to funds. Shelly also worked as a Director at Datainsightsus, specializing in payment processing solutions for efficient operations. Additionally, Shelly founded and served as CSO of The Cofini Group, a consulting group dedicated to emerging technology, fintech, and real estate innovation.

Furthermore, Shelly has experience as a Senior Associate Luxury and Real Estate Wealth Advisor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, where they connected principals directly and delivered a higher return on investment through creative and innovative solutions. Shelly also served as the Chief Revenue Officer at MERIDIUN, a leading developer of Augmented and Artificial Intelligent solutions.

Earlier in their career, Shelly was a Co-Founder/Partner/Chief Strategy Officer at CPG, a collective of real estate and investment professionals focused on delivering creativity in the industry. Shelly also held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at The McMonigle Team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Newport Beach, a top-selling luxury real estate team.

Shelly's work experience also includes being the Chief Strategy Officer at M Resolution Group, where they provided strategic planning and lien negotiation services for distressed properties. Additionally, they served as the CEO of equitystore.com.

Throughout their career, Shelly has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business development, real estate innovation, and fostering partnerships.

Shelly Cofini pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1978 to 1988, they attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Development, Management, and Human Resources.

Later, from 2008 to 2010, Shelly studied at the University of Santa Monica, where they completed their Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shelly has also earned two certifications in the crypto field. In February 2022, they obtained the Crypto Certified certification from Propy Inc. and also became a Crypto Certified Agent from the same institution.
