Benedict started their career in 1995 as a Grit Blaster and Industrial Paint Sprayer for companies like Ford Motor Company and Opperman Mastergear Ltd. Benedict also worked as a Production Operator, Process Operator, and Production Line Leader during this time. In 2011, they transitioned into the security industry and worked as a Security Officer for Securitas UK, primarily responsible for site patrols and emergency response at the University of Gloucestershire. Benedict then joined CIS Security Limited as an SIA Senior Security Officer, where they acted as a shift leader and controlled access to a Royal Mail depot. In 2016, Benedict moved to Bidvest Noonan, initially working as a Security Officer in a Data Center and later being promoted to Lead Security Officer. Benedict'sresponsibilities included alarm monitoring, building management, visitor management, access control, and man-management tasks. In 2022, Benedict joined Securitas UK as a Shift Security Officer.

Benedict J. obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management and Communication from The Open University during the years 2015-2017. Prior to that, they earned an EDI Certificate in Business Management from Home Learning College in 2012-2013. In 1997-1998, they received an RSA Certificate in Computer Literacy & Information Technology from Barking & Dagenham College, and in 1996-1997, they attained a City & Guilds qualification in Computing & Office Technology from the same college. Benedict also holds additional certifications such as an SIA CCTV Licence and an SIA Security Guarding Licence from the Security Industry Authority, as well as a Certified Fire Marshall (FM) certification from The Axis Academy. Benedict has also completed First Aid training from St John Ambulance.
