Jennifer Littlewood ACMA has a diverse range of experience in various leadership roles within the facilities management, construction, telecommunications, and banking sectors. Jennifer currently serves as the Managing Director of Facilities Solutions at Bidvest Noonan. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Unit Director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, where they were responsible for driving growth and managing a high-performing team in the data center solutions business unit. Jennifer also held the position of Head of Commercial Contract & Digital Strategy at Balfour Beatty plc, leading a team of 400 people in delivering capital projects. Jennifer has extensive experience in contract management and commercial strategy, having served as the Director of Contract Management at BT Global Services and as the General Manager of Supplier Management at Openreach. In addition, they have held finance and vendor management roles at BT, where they were responsible for financial strategy, supplier relationships, and cost reduction initiatives. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated the ability to drive results, manage large teams, and deliver strategic business objectives.

Jennifer Littlewood ACMA studied Modern Languages at the University of St Andrews. Jennifer also attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a Fully Qualified degree from CIMA and became a member of IACCM.
