Anna Groom

Anna Groom is a Valuation Consultant at Bidwells LLP. Anna has over 25 years of experience providing advice on commercial and residential property in the Eastern region.

Anna specializes in preparing valuations in accordance with the RICS ‘Red Book’ for financial statements, loan security, statutory and other valuation purposes. Her clients include public sector, corporate, investors, developers and occupiers.

Anna acts as lead valuer on a number of substantial regional property portfolios liaising with clients and their professional advisers. Anna is experienced in undertaking development appraisals for commercial and residential schemes.

Anna also manages commercial multi-let property and provides clients with advice on property management good practice, service charge budgeting and administration, health and safety and service charge structure for new developments.

Anna Groom has a Master's degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, as well as a BA Hons in Geography from Durham University. Anna is also certified by CIPFA in Asset Valuation and by RICS in both Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Registered Valuer.
