Greg’s broad knowledge of the property industry stems from his work in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Greg has spent much of his life in Cambridge and his genuine fondness for the area is evident in his determined approach to the projects he is involved with and his work ethic. He finds it hugely rewarding to play a part in how Cambridge and its built environment is growing, understanding what is happening, and being involved in its evolution.

Greg has worked on many large and small-scale developments and this vast experience of dealing with a wide range of clients means his communication and people skills are second to none.

He advises landowners and developers across the eastern region on the disposal and acquisition of residential development land and always strives to identify opportunities, optimise value and enhance marketability.
