Having worked in a variety of environments - including a World Heritage Site – Sam’s holistic understanding and practical know-how of strategic forestry management, associated markets, industry drivers and policy, makes him an intrinsic part of the highly successful forestry team.

He doesn’t shy away from a challenge and has been involved at the outset of establishing a new forestry management business which required networking, building stakeholder relations and long-term working partnerships as well as building a client base from scratch and meeting ambitious targets.

Thriving in his specialist area of valuations and acquisitions from small properties to large portfolios – and all the challenges involved – Sam works closely with the natural capital & sustainable investment and energy & renewables teams to deliver industry leading advice and service to clients.
