Rosie Murphy

Rosie Murphy has diverse work experience in recruitment and consulting roles. Rosie currently serves as the Director of Transformation at BIE Executive, where they specialize in functional positions across HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, IT and Technology, and Executive Leadership. Prior to this, Rosie worked at Stanton House for four years, initially as a Consultant and then as a Principal Consultant focused on Change Management and Finance Transformation. At Oakleaf Partnership Limited, they worked as an Associate Recruitment Consultant for Human Capital Services, specializing in Immigration, Global Mobility, and Relocation roles. Rosie also gained experience at Queen Mary, University of London, where they served as a Module Administrator and Practice Recruiter, responsible for module administration and assisting with GP practice and tutor recruitment.

Rosie Murphy attended the University of Brighton from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
