Victoria Ward

Victoria Ward has a diverse work experience in the field of finance leadership and executive search. Victoria is currently the Director of the CFO and Finance Leadership Practice at BIE Executive since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of CFO and PE Finance Leadership at Phipps Cameron Recruitment from November 2021 to March 2023. Victoria also served as a Business Director at Michael Page from February 2021 to November 2021. From November 2013 to November 2019, Victoria worked as an Associate Partner at Page Executive, specializing in executive search and interim placements for CFO and finance leadership roles. Before that, they held managerial and consultant positions at Michael Page from March 2007 to November 2013.

Victoria Ward attended The Deepings School from 1995 to 2002. Victoria then went on to study Physics at the University of Oxford from 2002 to 2005, earning a BA Honours degree.
