Paul Heering

Paul Heering is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavior analysis and technology innovation within the autism and developmental disabilities sectors. Currently serving as VP of Data & Product Innovation and VP of Core Systems & Technology Architecture at Bierman Autism Centers, Paul is responsible for developing and implementing a roadmap to enhance organizational processes through optimized technology systems. Prior to this role, Paul was the Director of Clinical Systems at May Institute, leading the transition to electronic data collection and practice management software. Their career also includes significant positions such as Behavioral and Educational Team Supervisor at Evergreen Center and Supervising Behavior Analyst at R Plus. Paul holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western New England University.
