Jon Southall

Jon Southall is an experienced professional in waste management and operations, currently serving as the Depot Manager for Biffa in West Birmingham since May 2021, with previous roles including Operations Manager and Street Cleansing Manager. With a career spanning over two decades, Jon has held various positions in companies such as Amey and FCC Environment, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple Household Waste Recycling Centres and compliance with health and safety standards. As the Founder and Trustee of Autism Aware UK since 2012, Jon is dedicated to raising awareness of autism spectrum disorder. Jon holds a WAMITAB COTC Level 4 qualification and has extensive operational experience, including driving heavy machinery.
