Heather Heleloa

Heather Heleloa has an extensive work experience in various positions related to marketing and sales. Heather currently holds the position of Director of Marketing at Big Air USA since 2023. Prior to that, they were associated with the California Restaurant Association as the Chapter Vice President for Orange County from 2020 to 2023, and as a Board Member from 2018 to 2020.

Heather also worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon from 2021 to 2023, where they led brand, marketing, and sales strategies for multiple venues. Before that, they served as the Director of Marketing at the same company from 2017 to 2021.

In their career, Heather has also held positions such as Field Marketing Manager at Johnny Rockets from 2014 to 2017, Marketing Manager at Real Mex Restaurants from 2014 to 2014, and Assistant Marketing Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2014.

Heather'slong-term affiliation with Trader Joe's as a Crew member lasted from 2003 to 2012. Additionally, they gained experience working as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration in 2009, where they played a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns and public affairs materials.

Heather Heleloa is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they successfully earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Heather has obtained several certifications including CPR/AED/First Aid from American Eagle CPR and Emergency Response from AVERT, both in October 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) certification from the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Program in 2017.
