Morgan Hays holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Louisiana State University, obtained in 2011. Since October 2022, Morgan has been serving as a Field Sales Representative at Big Ass Fans. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at FacadesXi from September 2021 to September 2022, and as an Account Manager at Jacam Catalyst between September 2013 and April 2021. Morgan's career began at Republic National Distributing Company, where responsibilities as an Off-Premise Sales Representative were held from August 2012 to September 2013.
