Francesca Mitton is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in organizational change management and clinical informatics. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Change Management at Big Bend Hospice since April 2022, Francesca previously held the position of Director of Clinical Informatics at AdventHealth from June 2018 to April 2022. Francesca's career also includes a significant tenure at Adventist Health System as an Organizational Change Management Analyst Senior, where responsibilities included developing and implementing change management plans and engaging stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. Earlier in Francesca's career, time was spent as an RN - Clinical Informatics/Physician Liaison at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, overseeing the implementation of clinical information systems aimed at enhancing patient care and safety. Francesca holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Registered Nursing and Psychology from Florida State University.
