Kimberly Baxa

Kimberly Baxa has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in revenue cycle management and financial services. Kimberly currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Big Bend Hospice. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Financial Services at Hospice of the Piedmont. Before that, they held the role of Patient Financial Services Manager at Nathan Adelson Hospice from 2017 to 2020. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Reimbursement Manager at the same organization. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Radiology and Imaging, Inc., and as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at River Valley Counseling Center. Kimberly also served as the Billing Director at Gandara Center. Kimberly Baxa started their career at The Cooley Dickinson Hospital, where they held various roles, including Assistant to Director of Patient Accounts, Senior Billing Rep, and Billing Rep, from 1987 to 2001.
