Sainath Hon is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in founding and managing companies. As the Founder of BIG BOX since April 2018, Sainath has redefined office space experiences through innovative design. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales & Business Development at Vedfleet | ABL Logistics, where Sainath led initiatives driving revenue growth and technology integration. Sainath also held the position of Executive Director for Startups at the International Federation of Indian Subcontinent Entrepreneurs, focusing on community growth and entrepreneurship strategies. Previous co-founding roles at myKrafts.com and MotherQuilts reflect Sainath's commitment to operational excellence and promoting Indian handicrafts. Sainath holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering in Pune.
