Moniqua Spencer

Moniqua Spencer currently serves as the Chief Mission Engagement Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Moniqua held senior roles including Senior Vice President at Advantage Capital from April 2022 to April 2025, and Vice President Sales Manager in Business Banking at U.S. Bank from September 2017 to April 2022. Moniqua's extensive banking experience also includes roles as Vice President at Huntington National Bank and PNC, with a focus on business banking and commercial real estate.
