Haile Nottage

Haile Nottage currently serves as the Big Futures Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga, overseeing school-based programming and developing an 18+ "Big Futures" initiative focused on college and career readiness. Previously, Haile held the role of Director of Leadership & Character Development at Chattanooga Football Club, where responsibilities included designing and implementing behavior management and character development curricula. Additional experience includes serving as a Middle School Mathematics Educator at Chattanooga Preparatory School, and various educational roles within Hamilton County Department of Education, including Elementary Educator and HCDE Anchor Teacher. Haile also worked as a Technology Services Specialist at Covenant College and as Lead Counselor at Camp Westminster. Haile obtained a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Covenant College.
