Isela Rodriguez

Isela Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enrollment and mentorship roles. Currently serving as Enrollment & Match Lead at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire since January 2022, Isela has progressed through several positions within the organization. Active involvement in Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. includes roles as Chapter President, Recruitment and Retention Advisor, Finance Advisor, and Orientation Advisor, showcasing strong leadership and event planning skills. Previous experience includes positions as Program Instructor at My Day Counts and Assistant Manager at Pizza X Two, complemented by foundational roles at Kohl's and Molina Healthcare. Isela holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
