Our mission is to build and support one-to-one relationships to ignite the biggest possible futures for youth and our vision is all youth achieve their full potential.

We accomplish our mission by partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community, and we hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program to achieve: 

- Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships; 
- Avoidance of risky behaviors; and 
- Educational success.
