Sr. Events Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay

Josh Hagg has over 10 years of experience in various roles. Josh started their career as an Area Trainer at Foot Locker before moving on to Hastings Entertainment, where they served as the Guest Service Manager/Software Manager. Josh later became a Store Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, responsible for the overall operations of the store. After that, they founded and managed gradeAtechs.com, a computer consulting company. Josh then worked as an Executive Recruiter and an Administrative Manager at The Gerard Alexander Consulting Group, Inc. and as a Professional Search Consultant at Stern & Associates. Most recently, Josh held several positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, including Director of Partnership Development, Senior Director of Partnerships, and Sr. Events Director. In these roles, they played a key role in organizing fundraising events and managing partnership development teams.

Josh Hagg attended Kansas State University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in General Business/Entrepreneurship. Josh was an Honors Student and minored in Leadership Studies. In addition to their degree, Josh also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma. In December 2015, they achieved their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. Subsequently, in October 2018, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, also from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
