Dan Salay

Dan Salay is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in mentoring and community outreach. Currently serving as Chief Program Officer and Mentor2.0 Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, Dan manages a technology-based mentoring program aimed at supporting high school students facing adversity. Previous roles include Mentor 2.0 Team Lead at the University of Oregon, Graduate Employee, and Volunteer Coordinator at Bolder Options, where Dan oversaw mentor recruitment and training. Other notable positions include City Manager at PedalPub, LLC, and Community Initiatives Coordinator with United Way of Olmsted County. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon and a BA in Political Science and German from Saint John's University.
