David Boehmer is the Founder and CEO of Banff Advisors since April 2020, leading a tech-enabled executive advisory firm dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with leaders committed to learning and growth. Since October 2022, David serves as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area and previously held a similar role at Komera USA until May 2023, an organization focused on empowering young women through education and community development. David's extensive experience at Heidrick & Struggles from May 2004 to March 2020 included roles as Global Managing Partner in Financial Services and Regional Managing Partner for both Europe & Africa and the Americas, overseeing various aspects of the financial services sector. David's career also includes positions at The Forum of Young Global Leaders, a boutique search firm, and Egon Zehnder. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Yale University in 2000.
