Mollie Silva

Mollie Silva is currently a support at Big Cartel. Mollie previously worked as an intern at STEWART CUSTOM BOOT COMPANY, INC. from January 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were a Creative Software Trainer at Apple from May 2013 to January 2015. Silva also worked as a specialist at Apple from September 2011 to March 2013. Her first position at Apple was as a Campus Representative from January 2010 to January 2011, where they researched marketing initiatives and relayed reports.

Before their time at Apple, Silva was the Executive Director of Bear Down Camp at The University of Arizona from October 2009 to October 2010. In this role, they researched and proposed market alternatives to Windows centered courses and programs. Silva has a long history of working in customer service and support, which they continue to do today at Big Cartel.

Mollie Silva has a degree in philosophy from the University of Arizona and a degree in footwear pattern engineering and prototyping from ARSUTORIA SCHOOL.

They work with Danyelle Rose - Support, Ana Armengod - Support, and Lauren Rose - Support. Their manager is Lucie Bodie, Support Director.
