Ruchi Nigam

Ruchi Nigam has over 12 years of work experience in Human Resources. Ruchi began their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Executive at IonIdea. In 2011, they moved to GE as a Senior Executive Human Resources. In 2013, they became Team Lead - HR Operations at IGATE. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fast Conversion Marketing Solutions. Ruchi then moved to Korra as Group Head - HR. Currently, they are the Human Resources Manager at Witzeal Technologies Private Limited.

Ruchi Nigam obtained their M.B.A from the International School of Business & Media in 2007-2009, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Ruchi is currently enrolled in the Leadership Executive Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, which they are expected to complete in 2022, with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services.
