Bobby Shaw is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Big Chicken since November 2024. Previously, Bobby held the same title at Salt & Straw from February 2023 to November 2024, where a focus on community impact and diversity in the workplace was emphasized. As Chief Operating Officer for Sheridan's Unforked from July 2018 to February 2023, Bobby implemented operational strategies that enhanced the brand's commitment to organic food. Bobby also founded Bobby Shaw Consulting, providing expertise to various restaurant sectors, and held significant leadership roles at Freebirds World Burrito, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and McDonald's Corporation.
