Holger Korte has a range of experience in the finance industry. Holger began their career as a Trainee Corporate Banking at Berenberg from September 2004 to December 2006. Holger then joined Citi as an Analyst Corporate Banking from January 2007 to June 2008. After that, they worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as an Executive Director Corporate Banking from July 2008 to March 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Finance Director at Big Dutchman AG, starting from April 2021.

Holger Korte obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster between 1999 and 2004. Holger also pursued studies in Business and Economics at the University of Sydney from 2002 to 2003. Moreover, they completed a Leadership & Management Training program at Bishop Business Directions in 2015-2016. Additional education includes Acquisition Finance studies at the International Faculty of Finance in 2005 and participation in the Training Programme Debt Primary Markets at Euromoney.
