Matt Ambrose

Matt Ambrose is currently serving as the Assistant Media Relations & Digital Strategy Officer at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matt worked with the BIG EAST Conference as a Freelance Play-by-Play Broadcaster and Communications Assistant from August 2021. Matt's experience includes the position of Assistant Director, Digital Media & Athletic Communications at Seton Hall University from June 2022 to July 2024, and Athletic Communications Broadcast Assistant at Frostburg State University from August 2019 to June 2021. Earlier career roles include various positions at 89.5 FM WSOU and the Pirate Sports Network, along with internships in sports writing at TAPinto.net and 12up. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Seton Hall University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Frostburg State University.
