Saim Sharma

Saim Sharma has a solid work experience in the culinary industry. Saim is currently working as the Head Chef at Big Fish Ventures since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Sous Chef at Flash bolt pvt ltd from December 2021 to January 2023, and at Ambra cafe from January 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Chef De Partie at Big Fish Ventures from February 2019 to January 2020. Saim also gained experience as a demi chef de partie at LivBar from January 2018 to February 2019, and as a Commis Chef at jamies italian new delhi from September 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Saim served as a Chef at Fresco from January 2015 to August 2016, and as a traniee commi 3rd at Crowne Plaza® New Delhi Rohini from April 2014 to January 2015.
