Gaurav Sahai has worked as the Head of Marketing at BIG 92.7 FM, and as the Deputy Manager of Marketing in the North Zone at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd from March 2008 to July 2009.

Gaurav Sahai completed their MBA degree in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2002 and 2004.
