Kaveri Nangia has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaveri is currently serving as the Regional Business Director & Lead Business Growth North, Central and West-Pune at BIG FM since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Red FM as the Business Head for North India, Radio Division from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they successfully launched new stations in 4 markets and achieved profitability within the first 30 days.

From 2013 to 2017, Kaveri served as the Head of Marketing, Brand Promotion & Activation for the North India Publication Division at Hindustan Times. During this time, they revitalized products and brand strategies, leading to significant revenue growth and profitable media partnerships.

In 2007, they worked as the Cluster Head Marketing for South India at Mirchi, where they played a key role in achieving market leadership and increased listenership through innovative marketing campaigns.

Kaveri also has prior experience at Bharti Airtel, where they held multiple roles including Group Manager Acquisitions, Marketing, Product & Marketing Manager, and Business Development Manager & Key Account Manager. In these roles, they played a crucial role in expanding market share, launching new products, and driving revenue growth.

Kaveri Nangia completed their BA in Economics from Panjab University between 1995 and 1999. Kaveri further pursued their education and obtained an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Panjab University during the period of 2000 to 2002.
