Roopa Mahesh Kumar is an experienced HR professional with over 19 years in the field. Currently serving as the Senior HR Business Partner and Lead for Employee Relations at BIG FM since March 2016, Roopa has previously held significant roles, including Manager of Human Resources (APAC) at CAE, Senior Lead - BP HR at Infosys, and Team Manager - HR at Keane. Boasting a strong academic foundation with an MBA in HR and Finance, as well as a BBM in Finance from Bangalore University, Roopa is well-equipped in human resources management and employee relations.
