Wade Walker

Wade Walker is the current Director of Cloud Services at Big Green IT. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director Microsoft Consulting Services at FMT Consultants from January 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they led Microsoft Consulting Services (Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365), IT Services, and Customer Care, reporting directly to the CEO. Under their leadership, the company saw 20% YOY growth of Office 365, Azure, and IT Services Consulting Practices, as well as 50% YOY growth of Customer Care contracts (Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, NetSuite). Additionally, they were responsible for improving Net Promoter Scores for Microsoft consulting practices and the Customer Care department.

Walker has also been responsible for managing FMT’s Microsoft partnership, including obtaining new Gold competencies for Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity, Collaboration & Content, and Application Development – thus improving the FMT brand, FMT technical expertise, and reducing FMT expenses. Wade also expanded FMT’s Los Angeles office and implemented on-site support and collaboration tools between FMT’s Carlsbad and Los Angeles offices.

In addition to their work at FMT Consultants, Walker has also developed detailed career path maps for all team members and matched team members’ career goals to job responsibilities. Wade has also implemented an IT Strategic Plan, IT Security Scorecard, consistent project governance practices, and improved the user experience of client

Wade Walker has a degree in Chemistry from the University of San Diego. Wade also has certifications from Microsoft in Microsoft Security Partner Sales Bootcamp 2022—Participant and Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) US Qualified Facilitator. Additionally, they are GIAC certified in GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN) and GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA).

Wade Walker reports to Jeff Rogers, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Keri LaRue - Director of Marketing, Mike Prachar - Chief Operations Officer, and Mike Rogers - Chief Technology Officer.
