LaRae Holliday

LaRae Holliday is the VP of People at Big Health. LaRae has over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and HRBP roles. Prior to Big Health, they were the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer at EVERFI. LaRae has also held talent acquisition and HRBP roles at Palantir Technologies and The Advisory Board Company. LaRae began their career as a summer associate program coordinator and campus recruiter at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. LaRae has also taught as an instructor and research assistant at DePaul University.

LaRae Holliday graduated from Spelman College with a B.A. in Psychology. LaRae then attended DePaul University, where they earned an M.A. in Clinical/Community Psychology. LaRae is also certified from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
