Lisa Govro

Lisa Govro has over 15 years of work experience in the fields of development, business, and community engagement. Lisa began their career in 2005 as a Literacy Advocate for Americorps, and also served as a Literacy Coach for Seattle SCORES. In 2006, they became a Development Coordinator for YouthCare Seattle. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Fund Development Specialist for Building Changes, and also served as a Board Member for ROOTS Young Adult Shelter from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Director of Grants and Administration for AIM High St. Louis, and also served as Proprietor for Retrailer Tea Company. In 2013, they became Owner of Smalls tea & coffee and Board Member for the BEGIN New Venture Center. Since 2017, they have served as Founder & CEO of Big Heart Tea Co.

Lisa Govro received their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Kansas between 2000 and 2005.
