Sergey Buldakov

Sergey Buldakov is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and career management across various sectors, including financial services, technology, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. As the CEO and Founder of Phoenix Partners since May 2017, Sergey has focused on sourcing bespoke opportunities for top performers and advising on personal branding. In addition, Sergey serves as a Business Mentor at Big Idea Ventures, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and sustainable organizational growth to startup founders. Previous roles include COO and Co-Founder of MoLoKo Lanta, where Sergey successfully launched the business and managed a multicultural team. Sergey has also held leadership positions in investment banking coverage, research, and executive search at various firms, along with internship experiences at Deutsche Bank and Aberdeen Standard Investments. Sergey holds a Master of Arts in Politics from The University of Edinburgh and continues to further education at City University of Hong Kong.
