Mia Wells

Mia Wells is currently serving as the Nonprofit Program Coordinator and K-State First Student Coordinator at Kansas State University, where responsibilities include facilitating training sessions for future learning assistants and supervising over 15 students. Additionally, Mia is a Clifton Strengths Peer Coach and is employed as a Home Care Provider at Helpers, Inc. and Big Lakes Developmental Center. Previously, Mia worked as a caregiver at Marklund from May 2022 until January 2024, gaining valuable insights into developmental disabilities and nonprofit operations. Mia also held the role of Digital Marketing Manager and Sales at KANE County Landscape Material, contributing to both sales and digital marketing efforts. Mia is pursuing a degree in Education Studies with a focus on Special Education from Kansas State University, expected to graduate in 2024.
