KJ Althoff has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2023, they founded and became the CEO of Gentle Healing Mom, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Content at Big Life Journal in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Orange Tree Employment Screening, including Senior Client Care Partner, Client Care Specialist, and Client Care Associate. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Manager at Jostens. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at FedEx in various roles, including Operations Manager, Service Assurance Agent, and Material Handler. They also have experience in academic roles, having worked as a Program Advisor for University Programs at South Dakota State University from 2012 to 2014, and as an Interim Assistant Director for University Program Board and Student Organizations at St. Cloud State University from 2012 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Assistant and Program Advisor at St. Cloud State University from 2009 to 2011. KJ Althoff's experience also includes an internship at Catholic Charities in 2011 and working as a PCA at a private residence in 2011. They served as the President of the University Program Board from 2007 to 2009.
KJ Althoff completed a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from St. Cloud State University. This program was undertaken from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Althoff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University. This degree was earned between 2005 and 2010. In addition to these academic achievements, Althoff also obtained a FCRA Basic Certificate from the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) in February 2021.
