Ashley Rose is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing with extensive experience across multiple reputable companies in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development Sourcing at Highlights for Children since January 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Manager of Product Development Sourcing at Victoria's Secret, where responsibilities included leading a production team and overseeing a substantial yearly volume.
