Graham W McIvor

Graham W McIvor has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Graham W started their career at Unisource as a Sr. Financial Analyst/Financial Analyst in 2004. Graham W then joined Circuit City, where they served as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and later became a Buyer for DVD Hardware & Blu-ray. After that, they worked at Walmart as an MBA Intern in International Finance.

Moving forward, McIvor joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Manager of Strategic Planning, and later became the Director of Dick's Team Gear, where they transformed the concept into a national web-based business. Graham W then transitioned to Dollar Tree Stores, where they served as the Director/Manager of Strategic Planning. Graham W led several major company initiatives, including store remodels, freight-flow procedures, and critical supply chain initiatives. Graham W also oversaw the conversion of Family Dollar stores to Dollar Tree stores.

McIvor then joined Family Dollar as the VP/GMM of Merchandising for Health, Beauty, and OTC Drugs, where they increased sales and exceeded full-year goals. Graham W later took on the role of Category Director of Merchandising for Beverages, Snacks, Alcohol, and Tobacco.

Currently, McIvor holds the position of Vice President of Merchandising at Big Lots, starting in 2022.

Graham W McIvor holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Graham W also pursued further education at the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Private Equity Finance.
