Renee Shaw

Renee Shaw is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Big Lots since August 2022, Renee has previously held key positions including Senior Talent Development Specialist and Allocation Analyst II. Prior to Big Lots, Renee worked at Starbucks from December 2020 to August 2022 as a Retail Store Manager and spent two years as a Global Missionary with Global Ministries, United Methodist Church, where responsibilities included school administration and teaching at The English Speaking School of Lubumbashi. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Human Resource & Operations Manager at River Road Coffeehouse and various roles at Starbucks Coffee Company. Renee holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Miami University.
